Right, after a 11 hour stint i'm going to sleep around 9 hours now. Good luck to all, hope things are good when I come back.

Night, Furi :)

I have to admit, as much as I freaking haate the Ferraris, they look great in racing livery and with all the green lights over them.

I don't hate Ferraris. I hate their drivers and I hate that they don't have a factory entry in LMP1 .

It's 7:12. I'll probably stay awake till 3 or 4 and watch the final 4-6 hours after some sleep.

That Ferrari also looks good with all its left side ripped off and no wing. Damn that was an ugly incident.

The Le Mans night takes another victim. Front and rear damage for the #58 Ferrari:

Oh and Mucke just taken over the Aston, :D goodnight!

I'm several hours late to this party, but....

Davidson was slightly ahead (his rear quarter was hit) and had the inside line, 1000000% ferraris fault.

No, the Ferrari driver wasn't at fault. Though the Toyota was slightly ahead at the moment of impact, it was slightly behind at the moment the Ferrari started its move to the right, to the inside on approach to the apex. During the transition to the right the Toyota appeared along side, taking the Ferrari driver by surprise. The Toyota was definitely not ahead or even parallel to the Ferrari at the moment it started moving in. This isn't up for debate, either, as I reviewed it in slow motion repeatedly on my DVR. You can pinpoint the exact moment he starts moving right, and at that exact moment the Toyota was a bit back and to his right, in what seems like a bit of a blind spot. It wouldn't be unreasonable for the driver to be fixed on his apex at that time, and moving at upwards of 200-ish MPH, and not intently studying behind him at that exact moment.

It was a situation of "crap happens". It was just rotten timing for all involved.

It just doesn't seem interesting now. A lot of good cars dropped out. Will probably not stay up tonight and wake up early tomorrow to catch the finish.

Well I just finished eating three big-ass hot dogs and I'm having a big glass of coke. I should be good for the entire night now. I'm stuffed.

Just drop it. We're over it now, please don't start another heated argument as it's beating a dead horse right now.

So not only the the front end assembly have to be fixed and put back together but now a transmission replacement is in the works for the 74 corvette.

Just great

Time for us to jump to the #73.

Literally beating a dead cavallino 👍. We've all discussed this at length, and some race drivers like Lucas Luhr have weighed in as well.

Well this just reminds me of last year, and also of how depressed I was back in 2010. I hope the 73 gets after them. Looks like the Vettes are having trouble in GT AM
