He didn't quit, at all. He stepped back from a racing role to a developmental role, since he felt that his knowledge would come into more effect through setup advice, and another GT Academy/younger driver could get actual race experience in the car. He was still ready to jump in and drive 2 weeks ago.
 
Looks like they'll have to get the crane.

I guess I kind of like these slow zones. If it doesn't bring out a safety car, I'm for it. Looks kind of weird though, when they are running that slow. Reminds me of the auto pilot that Gran Turismo does, after finishing a race.

What happened to the sticker windshields you would peel off when they got dirty? Audi and Peugeot used to be huge fans of those right?

They are limited to 8 by the rules according to fox.

I've got an LG G3 and it's a pain. Is it still saying commercial even though it's supposed to be a constant live stream for when it's not on TV?

henno.info is working now but with no sound and I have to use the European server as there are no US servers right now. And radio LeMans website for commentary.
 
TK isn't racing this year and yet, he will still be on the podium. What can you do to stop the man?

I wish they offered replays with the official WEC steam. Or, better yet, that they did like the United SportsCar Championship guys and put the whole race up on YouTube after two days.

They do highlight videos, but not more than that, IIRC. I mean, there will be pirated uploads, but those all get taken down anyway, never mind the ethical issues.
 
Only a few minutes removed an I'm not sure I'll make it to 3;30. The hot Maryland summer took its toll on me today:(
 
3 hours sleep is all you need, I'm awake for the morning stint now, not sure I can make it to the flag in 8 hours though.

I think the Audi's will start to come back against the Porsche now the sun is coming up but it will be a big ask to make up the time.

Recently took the CLM for position. It's had a few more niggling issues than the 23.

r1600 would know. Yeah the 21 was stupid. The driver made the marshal angry and he DNFd it.
 
Supposedly a yellow flag/zone somewhere. Still haven't seen anything that could have caused it.
 
Slept through the night (GTAcademy regional final in 2 hours from now), if Toyota won't win it, then best of luck to Porsche.

Any news about the Viper?
