Hey guys need your help on this. I have 4 million credits that I want to spend but I can't decide on what should I use it on. My choices are:

Peugeot 908- Wanted this for a long time but I don't see her being used on many events. All I plan to use her is for the GT All Stars, Dream car championship, and probably LM 24hrs and Nur 24hrs.

Formula Gran Turismo- If I stretch my budget a little I can see she'd be of great use. Unfortunately I never really became a huge fan of F1 so its not really on top of my wishlist.

Citroen GT Race car- I've been in love with the citroen gt since the concept was shown back in 2008. Now some time later there's a race version, which I really like. However, my concerns on this one are power, performance, and how often will I be able to use her. Is the extra million on my budget worth it?

Bentley speed 8 race car- Exceptional car considering it brought the end of audi's winnibg streak in LeMans back in 2003. Unfortunately that was it. This car hasn't shown up in my UCD yet (or I just missed it) so is she worth the wait?

Those are just my choices for now, if you have other cars in mind PLEASE feel free to suggest them. Thanks!
 
I use a detuned 787b to make millions per race in the seasonal dream car championship, on cape ring.

The FGT is required to finish out some race series, so I would get that purchase out of the way first.

But...

If I had to choose another car from the ones you've listed, the Speed 8 is one of my favorites. It's a very solid car with good speed and handling, as well as being quite handsome to boot.
 
I say the 908, give it a Stage 2 Turbo then you should be fine :).

The Speed 8 and the 908 is the best choices in my opinion.

I would probably gone for the Speed 8, since I don't really like the 908 that much.

And the FGT you can find any time you want.
 
It takes like 2 seasonals to get 4mil now anyway?

The 787B is a real experience though.
 
I would go a slightly different way,I'd pick eithera Sauber or a 905(which I'm still looking for),but that's just me.
 
I would pick the 908, the Citroen GT Race car is a disappointment in performance for the cost of it, it has around 610hp stock and weighs 1200kg.
 
Well, in most threads that I've seen about the Peugeot 908, there are some guys who mentioned that the Mazda 787B is faster and more easier to handle though I still don't have that car in my garage.
 
The Formula GT you can buy anytime in the Online Collectors Dealership.

The LeMans car can all be detuned to 650pp for the Online A seasonal events which all pay a lot of cash and also give you some easy going track time in the car. (They can also be used for your B SPec guy in the Online B seasonal events too, I guess.)

Again the 908 and the 787B can be bought anytime you have the cash. SO only buy them if you want to drive them right away or you have close to 20,000,000 credits.

Because you will kick yourself if the Used car area throws up a rare expensive car and you are short on cash.

are both good rare cars that cost 10-15 million. But they are worth buying.

Citroen GT - I didn't like any of these cars, the cockpit view is nasty. Shame as it looks pretty futuristic.

- I'd pick the 908 - you can de tune it and run the 650pp Seasonal at the nurburgring and get good money as you get to grips with the car while it is easier to drive (Less power/ more weight) This should earn the cash to top up your wallet to buy the rest.

I'd save it for when you actually need/want it. I've seen many people have something pop up in the Used car dealership that they wanted but didn't have the money for it. So I'd say wait until you find something you actually want.

On another note, money is REALLY easy to come by, do what you want!
 
What about the Tank Car? It also costs 4,000,000 credits, depending on the mileage. However, it is rather heavy and slow. It also has limited top speed.

Shame On you for recommending that horrible thing!! :D

But on a serious note, you win the Tank Car from a race at a certain point (forget which one exactly atm).. You could buy and fully tune probably 4-5 $250,000 or less cars for that amount of cash, that's the route I would probably go! 👍

That thing will only eat dust from the Le Mans Race Qualifiers haha! Seriously, let's go BTT.
 
The fact that you can win all of the cars you mentioned except the FGT means that you need not buy any of them.

The FGT can be bought at any time from the Online Collector's Dealership and is only needed for one Championship, you probably won't want it for anything else as other cars are far more useful.

As for which races have these cars as prizes, well the Citreon is a B-Spec offline race prize and the others are from seasonal events.

I just noticed you mentioned the 787B, that car cannot be won, but is worth every penny and as people have said can make you millions in a short space of time if used in the right races detuned.

I suggest you just buy the 787B, detune it to 650PP, max the aero, but lower the power and add 200kg of ballast and race it in the 650PP A and B-Spec online seasonals and you'll soon have enough money to buy most cars in the game whenever you want, money is not an issue, and purchases like this shouldn't be a hard decision with money flowing so freely in the seasonals.
 
I recently Aquired a 787B and I just started using it in the Dream Car Aspec to get a Ford GT LM II. Possibly the easiest high power car I have driven! I'm fairly new and I'm destroying the dream car series to the point I'm using other cars to make it more challenging. I can only imagine the money that can be made in Seasonals with the 787. Absolutely incredible car IMO

You win a Citroen GT in Dream Car? I wouldn't mind..... I want one but just haven't forked over the 4mil since I can get it whenever I want.

I thought Extreme Series Dream Car prize was the Ford GT concept II race car ( something like that )
 
I got the GT by Citroen Race car it sucks. At least that's my opinion. I got it for free so no real problem but win it. don't but it. The only Citroen GT worth buying is the Cocept only because it does 200mph(~198mph actually) in reverse.
 
I'm not one to buy cars because they are just "rare" or because they have a unique feature....... BUT! 200MPH in reverse just might be worth it LOL !
 
It's fun for a few minutes. But it has to be the Concept it's the only one to do it unless it's been patched.
 
I'd just buy all of them, starting with the 908... Seasonals give so much money that you will certainly get enough of it to buy all these. :sly:
 
Speed 8 is easy to drive fast on the longer endurance events. Very forgiving, but not the out and out fastest car. I used that for the longer races in A spec.
 
I'm all for the 908, the hard part is deciding which livery to choose...
