Can anyone confirm this? Is this in PAL or NTSC?

Can anyone confirm this? Is this in PAL or NTSC?

Looking at both of those car lists (linked to in Master Yoda's post), the car you mention (the 1983 Toyota Sprinter GT Apex) seems to be available as a Used Car in both the PAL and NTSC (NA) versions of the game...
