A couple of rare cars (going by what i have heard that is)

yes..you need a second account..and with the copy function you send every day ticket 23 to your main account...where you receive a car... it's the same for trading car's..when you make a save of your game before you send a car..you can put the save back after sending.. so you still have the car....
when you receive a ticket you accept it but you don't open it..save the game..leave the game and make a copy of your save on a stick...go back in the game..open the ticket and see if you like the car..if you don't ..leave the game..loose the save(not the one on the stick)..copy your save from the stick and start all over untill you get a car you like...but like i said it is well explained (https://www.gtplanet.net/search/?q=copying+tickets)

Sorry mate there only cars because on my BD i missed out because of a time glitch

Nope dont have one i had a level 9 one but it had just a standard dodge viper
