A downside to GT5

I just realized this and it really bothers me. Championship races cannot be continued on another date. Whats up with that? In real life they don't race at 5 different tracks in one day in different countries đź‘Ž This is one thing that is very unrealistic about GT5. I'm level 25 B-spec and finishing the formula gt championship right now. Each race is 30-40 laps. Thats forever and boring considering you have to be there to help your car win. And what if it takes too long that you don't finish it on time or you want to sleep? Not everyone can keep the PS3 on very long :S Although the 24h is an exception.

There should be a save and quit option after a race before going to the next race. Do you agree? Discuss :)
 
This is in the Feedback section, at the top. So a vast majority agree with you.

Oh, and the Formula GT Championship races are 20 laps. :)

Ya 20 A-Spec. I'm talking about B-Spec though. It's 37 laps, 37 laps, 30 laps, 34 laps, 30 laps. A pain isn't it? lol

I'm finishing the last one as we speak. I skipped the rain map (34 laps) because I didn't feel like doing two more races. Each race takes about 50 minutes to complete and its 1:40 am. I want to sleep! lol

Yes, the B-Spec formula GT championship is a horror. It takes forever. But the worst part is that you have to babysit Bob.

In A-Spec that championships are cool because you can't restart if you fail a race. If you could save then you would be able to reload your save. Not being able to restart gives it a lot of tension.

I had one of my best experiences in GT5 at the Japanese championship with an NSX. Got the gold by finishing tied for 1st with my nemesis Rossi.

Very much so, I'm not planning to do this any time soon. The NASCAR B-Spec event is even more irritating.
 
They do an annual strip down and addon. Strip down good features from past games, add interesting features have a habit of forgetting convenience.
 
This is about the most petty, insignificant complaint about the game that I've ever heard. There is nothing to be discussed here.
