A 4th Rogue Squadron?

This was a good series of games and I'm sure that there's a few people that would agree with me. But what I was going to ask was this; does anyone on here think that they might make a FOURTH Rogue Squadron game? (Yes, fourth. I consider the N64 and PC versions the same since they have the same missions) If so/not, tell why.
 
Hoo boy.... well, I guess since THIS isn't going anywhere....

Heck yeah, I would love one. However, the big problem is that the developer Factor 5 is defunct. :( Apparently Lair did them in. I don't know if anyone has the rights to RS or what, maybe Lucasfilm.

Another issue for a potential developer is that the series was very Nintendo-centric, and third parties don't seem to take the Wii seriously. A new RS would scream for HD anyway, and I hope they would realize that a good deal of N64 and Gamecube fans are now into the HD consoles.

If a new one isn't to be, I'd even settle for conversions of the existing games similar to what has been done with God of War, Beyond Good and Evil, Sly Cooper, etc.
