A good avatar prog?

I've had it with tryin to make avatars with Imageready 3. What else is good that I can use?

You can also use Ulead Gif Animator 5.0 or Ulead COOL 3D. Both are what I make my avatars out of. Try those out. Very easy to use.

I use Ulead Gif Animator. It's very easy to use and quite powerful.

Jasc Animation Shop is what I use, though I don't do animated avatars much anymore.

I use various tools for making avatars, but Macromedia's Fireworks is my primary tool.

I use Photoshop 7 for normal still frame avatars.
