I can't watch racing etiquete videos because of error. A network Error has occurred. I don't know what's going on. My internet is fine and game says servers are fine.

I too have the same issue, I have been doing campaign for a while learning the tracks and was looking forward to do my first online session so bit disappointed by this.

Side note, none of my friends play GT Sport and it be cool if you guys add my psn. It would make campaign mode a lot more fun knowing what time I have to compete against

Do you already have an account? I just made a sub account too, and guess what, no racing etiquette Videos here too. Strange. Isn’t it possible to race in Sport Mode with a sub account? That would definitely suck.

Polyphony announced 10th test season. We have January 12 but this information is from January 13. It's probably beacuse in Japan we have tomorrow. The season begins January 14, so in January 15 I will check again

There is a thread running on the SONY EU Playstation forum, and the appropriate people have been informed of the issue.

I tested it myself, with the same result.
So l tried a few "fix-it" solutions but failed to solve the problem.

I doubt there is much you can do other than wait.
Without trying to put words into PD's mouth, it should be extremely easy to replicate the issue, and l would imagine it will be a quick, simple fix.
Hopefully a hotfix will fix the problem soon.

I am having the same issue. I have a U.S. digital version of the game running on a US PS4 (non Pro). However, I am currently working in Taiwan so using a Taiwan ISP to get online... not sure if having Taiwan IP but US copy of the game would cause this issue. Figured I point it out since I noticed you mention something about Japan in your post.

Same issue, i bought my ps4 in tuesday, i did all of the licenses and some of the challenges, now my friend and i want to play online, but yeah, i can't watch the videos... (from hungary, PS4 slim)

I have the same issue. Cant watch the Racing Etiquette videos. Im from Serbia but the account on my friends account which is registered to UAE. Could that make a problem? Has anyone solved it yet?

It finally works! They fixed it! You can finally watch videos!

Good to hear! Typical that I can’t race online yet with family commitments over the weekend!
