This, Being the start of my third year on this wonderful site, I would like to assure the community that I have learned quite a bit. After sifting through the trash of my first 2 years (basically my first 2000 posts.) I have proved myself an ass on more than one occasion. With that stated, I would like to propose the idea of me hopefully wiping the slate clean with the community and starting from here a better member. I know respect doesn't come easily, so I will work harder to improve the quality of my posts. So to all of those people I annoyed, This is a new silverzone. And hopefully, this new silverzone will gain your respect.

Today, I read the things I posted back in the days when I unfortunately introduced Buzbo to this site. Looking at those posts, I realized I was no different. I was apalled at myself, in the state of mind I have aquired now, I would have allowed Buzbo to make a mockery of the forums. It really hit me today that those people I though were just giving me a hard time were really trying to get me shape up and get me to contribute to the forums. I can't believe it took me three years to learn this lesson, but it seems I'm a slow learner.

Sorry for posting an entire thread like this. I was origionally just going to write a few words in my signiature, but I couldn't get it across in less than 500 characters.

This is exactly what I was thinking when I reached 1,000, and since then, I've improoved, maybe not loads, but I've definatly improoved :)

Consider your ignorance just you being ignorant to a new website. No big deal. Don't take it so harshly.

Congratulations. I look forward to the improved version. It is amazing how people grow over time.

I'll be the judge of improvement. And you need to work on your grammar.

Yeah - I can say that I have improved considerably over the years. To be honest, I think it's a natural thing to most people to improve. You certainly see it with quite a few members. I thought I was good at grammar already, but I'm sure I've improved even more on that AND with writing overall just by reading other peoples' posts.

Great that you've noticed you've been posting like that and want to improve. To be honest, I didn't find too much wrong with you in the first place. ;)

I didn't even notice him in the first place . So I've never seen him as a troublesome or annoying guy ;).

I've been perfect right from the start. I don't think it's possible for me to improve perfection. :sly:

But yeah, you seem like a nice guy Silverzone, keep up the good work! 👍 I always respect people who try to improve.

Thanks guys, if you saw my posts back within my first year of membership you would know what I'm talking about. I am confident though that the old silverzone wont be making any posts here.

I think that all memebrs who have been here for a while (more than 2 years) improve considerable amount. In my 4 years here I know I Definitely have, but my first 1000 or so posts resided in the HMRCWG thread. Damn I miss that thread.

You reached 1,000 posts in what, like, a week?

Well, even though I've been here for a bit less than 18 months, but if you look at my first post, and my recent posts, I really haven't improved. Sure, I'm more laid back, and I'm not trying to suck up, but I really haven't changed. I've only seen you post a lot in the convo forum, Silverzone, but you seem nice. :)

I'm surprised you had the balls to say that. That's usually something everyone thinks, but no one says.

I thought this was planned as a 3-year party for both of us!

MachOne's a he?

/on topic

I think its quite normal for people to improve on this site after 2 - 3 years. A lot of people join at 14/15 (like me) and now are approaching 17/18 its only natural for them to improve as they mature. 2 - 3years is a lot of time as a teenager and normally is a big difference between 14 and 17.

I noticed your born in 1989, which would put you in the same catagory. You were ~14 when you joined and now your what 17?.

Anyway mate its good that you decided to "clean" up your act (though i dont even remember when you were bad  ) Im sure the mods will appreciate it.
