A new hard drive?

Well as you know im in the process of building my 4th computer and this one is going to be passed down to my mom, this computer has a bunch of games, files, etc... what do i click to make this hard drive brand new as in a new user. Do i buy her a new hard drive and she'll be all set? Thanks!

ok let me edit, i bought all the parts and my dads friend put it together, sorry
Its running xp home edition.

Aaahhhh. Right.

Ok, XP Home. Simple enough. It's designed so you have multiple users. Just go into the Users and Groups control pannel and make a new user. Then click the Switch Users button and change to her. Bam. Now she's got her stuff. That's how it's designed to work.

It's called formatting. Insert the original Windows CD, format[WARNING: This erases EVERYTHING], reinstall windows, and you'll be like new. 👍
