It can be done if you have an Xport / Sharkport. Famine's site here has a modded savegame you can download. I have the European version of GT3 and am happily racing with an MPH speedo.

Yep. 'tis the only way AFAIK. Much happier though, KMH means nothing to me.

I wish it did! I can't see why they don't just put in an option to use whichever you prefer.

I bought my copy in the UK. I just referred to it as the European version, because I thought that there was one version which covered Europe and the UK.
