A Question About Slimline PS2s, USB Flash Drives, & Game Saves.....

I Have a Problem.....

I'm Having Trouble getting though GT4 (Mainly: Driving Hall Missions), and somebody (Sniffs, if you must know) offered me his game save. problem is, as stated above, I got a Slimline PS2, and therefore, I don't have SD Memory Stick slot.

Hence, My question....

Can somebody tell me if it's possible to put a USB Flash Drive in one of the USB Slots and actually Have it work? because I happen to have one, and I'm wondering if I can put the gamesave on the USB Flash Drive, Put it in the PS2, and actually having it to work?

If you can help me, I will greatly appreciate it.

Anyways, there are two ways to do it: Copy over the raw file using uLaunchElf (which, to my knowledge, cannot be done on slimline PS2s) or buy an Action Replay Max or Code Breaker.
