Some cars are best left the way they are anyway, Ferraris, McLarens, Lamborghinis, even Mercedes. Leave the aftermarket rims and hideous spoilers to the Skylines and cars like that.

Clearly these aftermarket wheels and the hideous wing are just for show.

I could find an example of any of the other cars you mentioned if you'd like. If you want a less racey example look at the McLaren F1 LM.
I bought a Ferrari F430 from the New Car Dealership, (already have the Scuderia and love it). I took the 430 over to GT Auto to "rim it up" and guess what? NO DICE! Cannot swap the rims out on this carWish I had known this beforehand, lal.

I'll also add they're ugly compared to the stock models.
its a work of art.
You're giving examples of cars built to look that way, specifically for racing in proffesional motorsports and road legal versions were made, I'm talking about sticking an out of place looking spoiler on a beautiful car. I'll also add they're ugly compared to the stock models.
Thats what they call an opinion, seen this car 100's of times and think its a work of art.
no aero either, was hoping to get as close as i could to the Risi Competizione F430's.
I honestly wouldn't be surprised if Ferrari barred it just because they hate not having control. As much as I love the cars, I would never own one just based on their business practices, and how they treat their customers.
What do you mean?
With almost any "high end" Ferrari (Enzo, FXX, etc), you're bound by a ridiculous set of rules that state where and when you can drive it (in the case of the FXX) and to even OWN the thing, you have to have owned an F40 and F50 in the past (in the case of the Enzo), as well as many other little things.
Not to mention, they don't police their (very rare) dealerships very well, and there are some out there that will refuse to sell you medium-end Ferraris unless you've bought from that dealership before, so you end up having to buy a lower end Ferrari just to be able to buy an F430. 👎
Hit up Ferrarichat.com and take a look into the history of some dealerships, it's unreal.

Unreal, it is a wonder they don't have lawsuits up to you know what for that.
It's only the FXX & the 599XX that comes with those set of rules.
As far as establishing a relationship with a dealership, well that's just the price you have to pay for exclusivity. You gotta pay to play.
EDIT - BTW, there are other ways to buy a Ferrari without knowing someone in the dealership...Though, you will probably end up paying more.
EDIT 2 - As someone who works with pro athletes who owns Ferraris, none of them have any complaints about going through what Ferrari requires...
No, not really. The cars is their property, they have every right to choose who they sell the cars to. They can simply refuse to sell one to you just based on the way you dress and there's nothing you can do about it.
