To start off, I love Forza. I love the car selection, I love tracks, and the events as well as Career mode. However, I have some beef with 2 things: AI and Track designs.

AI:
Big over GT4, we know that now. However, there are points in the game that seem just a bit of BS. For instance, we say that they are smart and move out of the way. Yes, they do, but there can be a time when going against them, and for no reason, can to be aggressive.
In Arcade, racing the Test Track Infield courses are big headaches. Every time I race, any car, the opponents who are in 1st-3rd are always the aggressive ones and seem to do anything to just knock you out. Not win, just take you out. To them, you might as well be dead. After my one race, I couldn't take it anymore.

Using the #12 Skyline Racer, I took 1st instantly. Down the way, the Xanavi became a pain. But he wasn't the problem. The Zonda was. The Zonda would ram into me countless times, and come in the inside and just go straight forward through a turn, and then turn sharply leaving me to crash.
I swear, the racing can get much too violent.

This is why, even though dumber, I prefer GT4's. Not because they can be easier, but that they actually try to race without the intend of knocking anyone else out of the way. I can go one on one with the same car as the opponent on Hard and have a good clean race. In Forza, I'm fighting to be kept from being smashed into things.
Another thing about the AI cars is when you drive them, they don't even seem to drive as close as to what the AI does. IMO, the AI seems to brake late, but make it perfectly going into a turn, not even following the brake line. When most people try the AI's ways, they crash. To me, the AI cars seem to be to perfect compared to when you drive their cars. They seem to be able to take everything faster and sharper than when you drive their lines and ways.

Tracks:
This my big concern. The layouts are poor, the worst, again, Infield Test Track. This may somewhat be a TEST track, but IMO, its nothing but an extended version of GT's. GT's to me, looks like a test track. A few sections with each little type of turn. In Forza, its not exactly at all sections, but just a roller coaster. The turns are a bit too unbalanced. Again, on this course, the AI cars seem to be perfectly made. I can't even try their brake lines without sliding or slowing down into a wall.

All in all, the track layouts for the some of the courses are bad. Their not balanced enough. And the AI driving style is too violent in some races, and drive too perfect on real world courses. People say that GT4's times are ridiculous, well I say Forza's AI is rediculous. The going around you, and slowing down doesn't make up for the way they drive.

GT4's AI becomes tied with Forza's in this.
GT4-Stupid AI, but not a violent driver trying to get out to murder you if your in the way.
Forza-Smart enough to know when to not take a risk, but to dangerous sometimes to even try to get along with.
Forza AI is just a bit better. As LaBounti had said, they don't at all act like a real race car driver.

Tracks-Forza's team doesn't seem to have enough imagination in track designs. Their test track seems like a rip off of GT's turned into a wild roller coaster.

Some fantasy tracks are ok, but some aren't. Most of GT's fantasy tracks are balanced. My beef with the tracks is mostly the unbalanced way the tracks are.

GT4-Mostly balanced with right amount of turns and good layouts perfectly blended.
Forza-80% balanced, 20% unbalanced. And even those that are seem to be not exactly have smooth racing lines. Some seem as if they just put a Hairpen there and straightaway here.

But just about everything else with Forza is perfect. Car selection, endurances are pretty good distances, and physics are great. 1 plus for Forza is drifting seems to be easier and is a bit funner.
