great find, can't try it out for myself yet.
How about blocking the Pit out? should that not work?

That probably would work, especially on the ring with that tiny pit lane.
But, that means that you would have to wait until they start to pit, and by that time, they'd probably be way to far ahead to catch.

That doesn't work.

You become invisible if you park near the pit lane exit and the AI just pass throuhg you.

I've managed this on a different track, the short Madrid track, blocked it off with the Jay Lenno car ... You can stop the AI, I think you just have to be very lucky lol!

Ok guys so yesterday I was doing some endurance to grind some XP points. I decided to do the 4hr at the Nurb. I took a camaro ss non rm just to keep racing tight and have fun since I have to race 4hr no matter what. Well on the 3rd lap my tires were a little down and I got on the gas early and lost it in the carousel turn and spun. Well the car behind me just stops behind me and won't pass, then the car behind him stops also so I decided to just sit there and see what happens. Well all the cars came around and I basically just cause a big traffic jam and no one would pass. Welp I just flipped back to the tv and bam 3 hours last flipped back, finished my lap and won the race. I have not been able to get them to stop again and I have tried blocking them and everything else. Maybe I just got lucky?
Haha; not exactly sporting, but hilarous nonetheless.

you just gotta get lucky. i have managed to stop the ai on a few occasions on different tracks just messing around

the same glitch might be on La Sarthe too. I bumped into an Enzo in seasonal, and it slowed down instead of overtaking me. Didn´t try to stop... I\ll try that next time I drive there

Edit: I think it was in the long right turn where you slow down from 6th to 3rd gear after all the straights.

It would be cool if there was a certain way you could do this so that it would happen every time for sure and did the other cars just stop in the carousal part of the track?
