A-spec level 40 questions.

Howdy. I'm soon reaching level 40 in A-spec, and today these two questions crossed my mind:

1. Do you get a car, when reaching level 40?

And 2. Does the mechanical damage become enabled, when reaching level 40?

I did do a search, but I couldn't find any threads answering my questions.

Oh I didn't know that. However, I don't think I'll ever complete the endurance series.

I don't think threads should be closed when they can still be helpful (mods). Levels only dictate what vehicles you can buy and what events you can enter. The only exception being the S.Vettel X2010 upon reaching Level 35 in B-Spec.
