A-spec level downgraded?

Today was my first time doing an a spec race after using a "certain program" to get to level 40. After the race my level went back to 33 but before I used said program it was at level 37. I know it isn't allowed to speak of how to use these programs, so respecting those boundaries, can anyone shed some light?

PD's last couple updates will make this problem happen.

There isn't really anyway around it. All you can do it set it back to level 40
 
It's a known issue with the program in question, where the xp levels aren't correctly calculated above a certain level, hence it drops you back. Regardless of what you tell it to do in the program you will revert to level 33. Very well documented on "another" website ;)

(Nothing to do with PD or any updates, just a, currently unresolved, oversight in the app)
