A-Spec Rally Races?

Are there any? Or are rally courses only available through practice and special events? I would like to play more of it but to be honest the special event rally races are boring, and in practice mode doesn't give xp or cash...

Is it really as it seems? Perhaps rally courses are unlocked in higher levels?
