Hi all,

Does anyone have any recommendations for which A-Spec seasonal events (currently available) are best for grinding XP (not credits)?

I'm currently level 39 A-Spec and have around 400k XP and I need 7.5m to hit level 40. I'm looking for the quickest way to get there.

Thank you.

According to GT Matrix, Online A spec challenge #1, 5 lap Grand Valley Speedway nets 110,000 XP which is 13,253 XP per minute based on a total time of 8min.53 sec.

This!

I'm lvl 35 and I need to get to lvl 40... Damn that'll be long! :nervous:

I would have to race GVS 224 times!! 1 220 Laps!

I think the America Seasonal at Daytona nets you some good XP, try it it the Buick Special.

The Stars and Stripes Daytona race only gives 31,600 XP which is an average of about 5,296 XP per minute!

Thanks for the tip! :-) Does this include the 200% login bonus?

Does A-spec rubber-band grinding at Indy (Like the Wind) still work? Just leaving it on all day while you're at work will usually level you up around one to two levels per day if it does. Do a search for "rubber band grinding" to see what I'm referring to. I've heard that it doesn't work anymore, but haven't tried it, so don't know for sure.

Thanks man :)

Best way is doing 2 times the 4hr Nurburgring Enduro (with 200% bonus). ;)

This.

I was level 39 halfway to 40 when I lost my game. My previous save was level 37 (so save often!).

With the 200% bonus I did the N4 a few times and I was 40. You don't win nearly as much cash this way but it's way more fun than running a seasonal race 200 times.

And with the new B-spec grinder millions of credits are only a click away.

I was wondering... if I do the "Nurb 4hrs grinding" and I save after let's say, 2 hours of racing. When I log back the very next day, will it "count" towards the login bonus?

I mean, right now, I have the 200% Bonus, if I save tonight during the endurance. Then, I decide to continue tomorrow a bit of my race, will it grant me the 200% bonus?

Also, when saving in-race, is it possible to go racing a few A-Spec Seasonals before going back to the saved-race?

This:tup:
But make sure you finish the race the next day. If you take longer (3+ days) you will receive the 200% login at the end of the race but when you login the day after that, the login bonus will shrink. I did the Sarthe 24hr over a week - I got the 200% at the end but the next day I was down to 100%.

Wow that sucks... it should "count" whenever you log into the game.

I'm a bit disapointed :(

Out of curiosity, what's the point of having the A-spec at lvl 40 other than bragging rights or the Nurb 24H enduro?

I'm lvl 31 only, but I seem to be able to get into most anything. I got the B-spec to lvl 40 and it opened up the X10 and all that, though I'm not interested in racing that thing anyway.

Do you get something at lvl 40 I might want?

It's worth a silver trophy if you care about that.

Worth 2 level 24 cars + the free Audi LM car when you finish level 40.

When your out or unavailable
Aspec autogrind 8k exp/min

When sat in front of PS3
Aspec manual driving 13K exp/min
If you do the Ring race you block out auto grinding costing you exp.

The OP asks for the fastest way to get from 39 to 40.

2 times the 4hr ring is fastest , doesn´t matter if you lose 500k.

If you only do the 4hr ring once and the remaining 3.5 million Xp in auto grind , you need much longer.
