A strange GT5 snapshot.

I found a picture looking a bit strange while it still looks like taken straight from the game, an early beta version I guess:

This is not my picture. All credits go to the original photographer. See the article it's taken from here (it is German).

Look at the black ACR. It does have a "Gran Turismo" decal on top of its windscreen. And by the way, can you get these body modifications in the actual game? I'm not sure.

The orange Z06 next to it has written "Corvette" on the front.

There are some more oddities in that picture, like an all-white Corvette C6 (ZR-1 RM?) in the background and some more cars that look different from the versions in the actual game.

What do you think about this shot? Do you know more pictures from early betas (or maybe the actual game) that show odd cars? You can post them here.
Sorry if there's such a thread already, I tried but didn't found anything using the search. I suck at using the search here though...
 
LOL they appear to be from the prologue. type it into google and its the first pic. they were the gt5 dealer sort of race mods for in the game. there was also a suzuki swift one, 2 variations of evos and a renault clio that were fast too.
 
Friend Indeed this picture is a few things different in the game final version does not.

It may be the Beta version of the game or a publicity photo.

Oops. Sorry for this then, I haven't played GT5 Prologue ever and so I didn't know... you're right anyway, you will find this as one of the first images using google searching for "GT5 Prologue".

Sorry for the confusion, mods may close this thread now.
 
I can garuntee everyone here that this is infact a screenshot from Gran Turismo 5 Prologue. Don't get your hopes up about anything.

no worries, not everyone did, me and my roommate played it religiously for over a year waiting for gt5 to come out.
 
Shame they imported all of the gt4 stuff but not this :(
