A way to see future (and past) Daily Races

Very useful information, guess this determines what races I will participate in during this week.

Guess for me the best line up of races are happening Friday - Sunday and whatever the new track is for tomorrow...

EDIT: Unfortunately the art assets haven't been uploaded to a public directory yet it seems.

For instance Blue Moon Bay's background image is here: https://www.gran-turismo.com/common...y/images/b89009211ece8022be234df855555521.jpg

But if we sub the course code for the mystery new course
024b0404a81a1f9fabee246568e7547c

and go to the URL

There's nothing yet.

Well with the website now being down for maintenance that would suggest they are applying the update data for tomorrow. Just like last month we got the move from DR S to A+ on the website profiles a few days before the update went live.

(it doesn't go further than that this time, I checked)

The way it works is they have an allocation of 72 URLs for races A and B and then allocation of 48 for race C. These are for the different times the races run at. What I basically did after I figured the pattern was take the current daily race C that's accessible through the web page normally, change it's URL to the next day and add 48 to the number in the end of the URL. This would give me the next day's race A. Add 72 for race B and again 72 for race C. Rinse and repeat to get the whole week. It seems to be a bit unreliable though as as I said before I could on Saturday see Sunday races and those only, but on Sunday I couldn't see this week's races at all yet.

This doesn't seem to work. I changed the URL according to your instructions to see what the races are on June 4th but it only takes me to today's daily races: https://www.gran-turismo.com/gb/gtsport/sportmode/event/dailyRace/2018-06-04/1574939/0 <--- Changed the date to the next day and added 48 to the number at the end.

Am I missing something?

@Famine @daan @Scaff @GTPNewsWire @RACECAR

Maybe we can make this a sticky ? Or maybe one of the mods or editors can do a weekly update with the tracks of that week as a sticky ? If weekly updates can be done for colors, I am sure this could be done for this ? Sadly I dont understand half of the words how to do this myself.

I think this forum would appreciate that very much.

Why isn’t this thread a sticky ? And will OP continue on releasing the weekly info ?
I can do at least next week manually but beyond that I'd like to make a script that does it for me :D. Not sure if I'll have the time to do that though. Maybe @jasguer or @fideles1986 have such a script already because they obviously get their info from somewhere? ;)

Unfortunately they only update the database whenever they do. I think most likely we'll be able to sniff more races on Monday next week the earliest. This method is very unofficial and we don't yet have enough data to see if there is a reliable pattern in how they update the daily race database.

For a while now we've been able to see FIA and daily race details and rankings at https://www.gran-turismo.com/gb/gtsport/sportmode/schedule
I was browsing through the pages and noticed there's a distinct pattern in how the page URLs were. Then I wondered if I could see the future races too... and to my surprise it actually worked and I was able to see the next races! What's better currently it seems we can see the whole week's schedule in advance!

But before you call it all bull poo here's the schedule for this week:

Tuesday 29.5:
Wednesday 30.5:
Thursday 31.5:
Friday 1.6:
Saturday 2.6:
Sunday 3.6:
(it doesn't go further than that this time, I checked)

One more thing is that it also works for past races, at least up to yesterday's races. Races further in past seem to be removed from the database or the server doesn't allow polling those results.
So, the way this works is, One Make->Gr. 4->Gr.3->One Make->Gr. 3->Gr. 2->One Make->Gr. 2->Gr.1->One make->Gr.1->One make->One make->repeat.

Is that right? If so, we can plan the Group to be used without knowing the exact cars and tracks.

I like your like Zkippe :) . Mind if you add it to your OP when we'll know if everything work correctly? That way you won't need to update it yourself, I can do it direclty from google drive and the OP will always be updated 👍
