Thats exactly what the Panoz LMP02 sounded like. If you remember Panoz's experiment in 2002. Thats that sound of the smaller V8 it had under the hood.

There is no such car as LX8 in LFS S1. That car on the video is the LX6 and it doesn't sound anything like that in the game.

couple of things i noticed on the video..
The windows aren't transparent in S1, whereas in S2 they are. They weren't in the video.
The car in the video had a skin on which had very specific markings that it is the LX6.. Should be possible to change it to fit the LX8, but i can't see no reason why some1 would do that.

Anyway, If the LX8 is going to sound anything close to that thing on the video I think it would just be too scary to be driven.. Can't wait to get my hands on that game.

that video is not real, its just edited very well with the sound of a real racecar.


s2 will be released circa in late fall or at the end of the year and will have great new features like visible damage, new sound, new suspension, lots of new cars and tracks, tire wear, fuel usage, tire temperatures, pit-stops and other stuff.

Well, I think you'd better here that's it's not had any activity since Darin was banned. I think a better approach would of been a thread asking people whether they were interested to start playing again.

Most of the answers you are posting are to people that no longer are interested with LFS.
