Ability to mute player's during a race.

It's soo annoying when some people find it "funny" to join room during a race and be annoying on the mic, or scream out racial slur's when they see the rooms' owner is busy racing. And it's unfair for the room owner to quit the race every time that happens. Then they leave before the race ends. I've had to quit races sometimes. You either turn the volume way down or try not to loose focus. When I pause I want to see a user's list in the room, and an option to mute them.
