Not the same people. Some still think it should be 2001 where the game drops and we play it for years exactly the same until the next one come out even though anything just about and everything connected to the net is constantly updated. Well you still have that choice if you like. Take the free stuff and don't buy the DLC.

The problem is, people don't care, lets say, if the game has 20 tracks. But if it is released with 19, and they PAY for one new track, oh the ecstasy. If it's 20 on release and no DLC, die die PD.

I'd rather wait for the next GT to have that new track/car. Anyway, no one will be happy to have Spa, Motegi or those DLC cars in GT6 anymore.

Look, for the paid DLC fans: I don't mind if GT6 has 2000 paid DLC cars (waste your money, i couldn't care less). But I do care if I go online and have to stay watching because I didn't pay for a track. I paid for 100% of the game already, and having to wait is unfair !

Not me, I don't mind DLC. I buy it for both my 360 and PS3. Although it's usually just DLC for racing games like Forza and GT because I'm a car freak. Don't tend to bother with other genres.

I used to think that way as well OS, but as Johny Penso stated it's no longer 2001. I am not thrilled with it believe me but like everything times change and it now is what it is however I feel your point and it has validity but no longer relativity as it will never go back, note PD were one of the last ones on this bandwagon and Kaz was never big on it but I am certain that Kaz would have been "convinced" PD must follow suit.
