About Photographing in the game

Hey. I tried taking a photo that shows the fire from the Exsaust but i couldnt
i mean..i captured the car with the fire but when i took the shoot in the picture there was no fire.
Why?!
when i take the shutter speed off or lower it then i can see that the fire is showing but its all blur when the shutter speed is low..
help please!

Point the centre of the camera at the car, hit square, then take the shot. Also, try panning mode 2 or 3.
