the trade rate for 0/0/0 cars or tickets is 2-3 sets, i can send at reset, i have listed the ones i have. THESE ARE sets of 34 (complete sets)
I was going to get them from chipolti 53 sets for 18 tickets = 2.9 gears to tickets ratio but decided to get a few first and let him fill in the holes.
I got nine sets yesterday and their is no limit on sending gears like there are for cars
