Accidentally Deleted Save Data, anything I can do?

Ya, about 5 minutes ago, I accidently deleted the save data thinking I'd already copied it onto my USB. It was a duping. Not quite annoyed but more disappointed.

I'm not expecting any back-up if anyone know's or if there is a way to retrieve lost save data, please tell me.
 
Seeing as there are not any available data recovery tools for the PS3 file system I think you may be out of luck.

I just hope you have another copy of your save game even if it's an older one.
 
No older copy sadly. Haha, just remembered, a similar thing happened on my GT3-Aspec data. Talk of the devil lol.

Well, on the upside, I had completed the entire A-Spec apart from the Endurance races so I guess its like a clean slate.
 
Also, if you have an additional account on your PS3 you can copy your save game to another profile... You can't load it on the other profile, but it can be a backup.
 
Now, you say it. I've got an account with a F10 on it, though pretty useless.

Ah well.

For what it's worth... If you wanna friend me I can give ya a leg up by sending you a car... Anything in the Premium Dealer that costs less that 5,000,000...

No sympathy gifts please. I wanna try this game from scratch and see what happens.
 
I lost all my data the 1st time I hit LVL 21, wasn't all bad though...it took about 5 days to get back to where I was AND I didn't spend money on junk cars that I found I didn't like.

Sucks though:yuck:
