hey

i have sent 5 activation emails and have not recieved a single one. i have check my email address is correct but nothing.

I can confirm all of your activation messages were sent, but no error or bounce messages were received. It does look like your Australian ISP is the source of the problem, and there's no way around it that I am aware of, unfortunately. You'll need to use another email address to activate your account. I apologize for the inconvenience. :indiff:

Unfortunately, no, all accounts need to be associated with a functional email address. Otherwise, GTPlanet's server will continue to send messages which will only further mitigate the problem of the site being labeled as a source of spam (and thus causing more ISPs to reject it).

Not to hijack this thread, but I had the same problem as the OP did with my email address. Even when trying to switch it wouldn't send the re-activation for 48 hours.

Ok what about hotmail accounts or anything like that
Sure, a Hotmail address would be a great alternative.

Activation emails are all sent immediately. I'm not sure where the hold-up could have been for you.

You're using this page to update your email address, correct? I don't understand how you'd get such an error, but you can contact me directly via webmaster:@:gtplanet.net with the new email address you'd like to use. Then, I can manually update your account and have the activation message re-sent to you there.

Jordan, I am going to try again to change my e-mail to my main one later today. I'm hoping it works this go-around. If it doesn't I will let you know. Thanks.

i figure out what i did wrong i did not change the email in my profile i was just trying to resend the activation to a different email address
