I wonder how long the yellows had been out at that point. If they had been out for more than a few seconds he shouldn't have been driving at that speed.

I don't think there's much of an excuse, but if he hit oil when slowing there might not be much he could do about it.

...Did I just see what looked like a VW Beetle TCR?

The inside of the kink after the Bilstein bridge is probably the last place on this track I'd want to be standing still :scared:

Audi at fault. Reaction move on the Mercedes in a try to block.
But going 4-wide into the left kink, that probably would've ended even worse.

So have they figured out why there's a car upside down, with an ambulance having been on the scene yet?

edit: sorry, missed that it was the #10 Golf.

What's the Hyundai/GT7 setup like?

I didn't know they had one, but the VGT was very impressive. I'll be back at the GP circuit tomorrow, so might check it out if I'm not dead by then.

I'm shattered but heading back to Adenauer Forst tonight for the night shift.

Today has been chaotic and brilliant in equal measure...

This is going to be a long barrier repair.

Little 1-er #507 looks ****ed

Doesn't actually look like too much damage on the #99.

Look like the M4 got clipped by the Cayman.

Guess you’ll all have to drink the bottle. ;)

Leading BMW #99 tried overtaking two cars into foxhole and apparently made contact with one of them. Then spun and collected the other two with it.

Slow 1-series had a Cayman behind and the leading M4 at the back of the queue. Race leader was passing the two slower cars and got clipped by the Cayman.

I'm away from the screen at the moment but wasn't the #99 the one to dip into the pits at the beginning and then make up massive ground until now?

Had my tea came back to see the 99 on a tow truck. Blimey.

Very sorry for SuperGT. Spectacular race so far.
Hope we can reproduce something like this in GT one day.

I hate it when the littler and more unique cars go out. I'm happy that Hyundais back at the pits.

Another Cayman off.

LMPC of the Nurburgring.
