There is a hack to make the course width super narrow so only the grass on either side is drivable. It's a nice substitute for a rally course.

I'd like to see themes of the existing real-life tracks, so we can make older configurations of Fuji, Laguna Seca and others with the proper elevation. Or maybe a dirt oval at the Circus Maximus in Rome.

Yes more themes definitely.

Love to make a track similar to Bahrain or Shanghai with all the surrounding buildings and towers.

Or more trackside objects. Or to make it easier, PD should let you make the track then generate a theme around it. (Rural, Suburb, Desert, Urban, etc. etc.)

That track is pretty awesome. Is there a way to make the track AI compatible and in point to point for a rally stage?

Whenever I make a rally track like this, the driving line always go off bounds on mostly tight corners, and the AI will keep hitting the walls. However, it's might possible if the corners are more loose.
