well I was thinking in general, but specifically I guess the gtr and the viper srt10
scrapreconWrong. Most AWDs dont prefer downforce.
MNPSimple answer, anything with power going to the rear wheels will need one once there is enough power to make it give an advantage. This is where i'm not 100% but so far, anything faster than my R33 GT-R has needed one to get faster times but when it comes to the setting for downforce (ie: minimum or maximum) it's still something I haven't delved far enough into yet. I'm sure others here have as one person above has stated at the 2009 R35 Spec V performance level you might want minimum but above may want maximum though I can't say from what I know just yet. Hope this helps you somewhat.
Wrong. Most AWDs dont prefer downforce.
For my spec v time the wing was on default downforce. After meticulous testing on GTRs this seemed best for overall times (for my tunes at least) It's all about balancing launch or top end 👍
If anything I only notice small changes in overall time but large variances in 0-60 and 0-100 times

👍 to the bolded part
Most of the time min/max downforce only accounts for .001. I noticed for the Spec V, max downforce would put it about .002 faster and then it would lose that top end right before the finish line. But since indy is a bit shorter than SSRX, max downforce is what i use for that car at indy
0.001 isn't worth the embarrassment of a park bench spoiler tho
