Adding a avatar?!

Maybe I'm just stupid. But i really can't find the place where you can add or change your avatar.. Can anyone please help me.

At the top right of the page where it says Welcome, TehHO! go to My GTPlanet. On the left side under Settings and Options go to Edit Avatar.
