Well, I got it too, and I'm a Moderator, which means Advertisements aren't supposed to be displayed for me. I'm guessing it may be intended, but he forgot to remove it for us Mods!

Well , since I changed to GTP Lite again , I can't see any ads on GTP except the one on the top

Come to think of it, of course that advertisement at the bottom is supposed to be there. It's for GTP Store, not an external advertisement. Jordan is promoting his own stuff. Hence why the Moderators don't have it removed.
