i have decided to splash out on a sim setup budget £1500, but could go over that, mainly for gt7 to start with, have been looking at Gran Turismo DD Extreme (Dont think it comes with pedals) with a TR80s simulator, see there is a bundle deal with the fanatec clubsport DD+ ready to race gt3 bundle
just wandering if if anyone can point me in the right direction any advice would be appreciated

The dd+ ready to race bundle is a "good" setup (power full wheel base, the mclaren/gt3 wheel is one of the best bang for the buck wheels fanatec has to offer, load cell brake pedal).
Just "good" because there are different opinions about the pedals in this set :D
Some say that the csl elite v2 are better, other like the motors/feedback on the clubsport v3 more.
The 15NM of torque are more than enough for road and race cars from different categories, many reduce even more to 10-12NM

The trakracer rig looks good and should be great for load cell pedals.
You are not mentioning a seat, did you forget it? (The rig doesn't include one)
