Aero Parts

so i've just started playing gt6 and i bought the r34 v-spec II Nur and i can't get the aero parts.
do i get it later in the game or do i have to buy a different model of the r34 ?

what would be the best tune for the car?

Not all cars get access to custom parts.

i've tried the standard '00 r34 skyline but even that one didn't have any of the aero parts.

A lot of cars only offer the generic wings.
Seems to only be a few that offer other custom parts.

While I am no specific help, look for a car in the dealership that has access to "View Gallery". Those are the "premium" cars while those with that option greyed out are the "standards". The premium type cars should have access to any of the available aero, though it seems not all cars get options.
