As the title says whenever theres any "lights" [head lights, tails, strobes, pace car etc] the game just chugs but everywhere else runs super smooth any suggestions i cannot seem to find relevant info due to the age of the device...and i wanna try the newest retexture

There's a setting that fixes this, I think it's disable hardware readbacks? Something like that.
