Afraid to drive the X2010.

I've heard of the issues in relation to driving the X2010 with the DFGT, and I was wondering whether that issue has been fixed, because I just bronzed the S. Vettel Challenge with the wheel and it worked fine, and I wanted to do some endurances with it. Thanks.

No I just made a post about this wondering if it was just me, it feels like I'm going 250+ with flat tires..only straight though. Same for you?

When I do an endurance in it I do about 45 mins on the wheel, force feedback 1, then use the controller for a bit. Quite easy to drive with DS3 with controller sensitivity 2, and my lap time around grand speedway was only a second slower.

Feels like the time passes a bit quicker when switching it up aswell.

Not sure what issue you're talking about, but just drive a slow car like a Fiat 500 '65 afterwards to regain your ability to drive.

its definitely a wake up call when you have been driving the X2010 for a while to get into a normal car and drive it around.

I have the ff dialed back pretty low on my G27. I have been working on the Vettle Challenges for the last few days. Did Monza Gold yesterday...then did Nurburgring some yesterday and then again today before finally getting gold on it too.

I can say without the slightest doubt....the X1 beats you to death in comparison to other cars with a wheel. My arms definitely feel like they've been used and abused (of course, it might also be because of the required fast movements to keep it on the track). I know my wheel has never even gotten warm to the touch before and after working on the vettle challenges, its definitely been giving off heat.

Its worth it though....The X1 is unreal fast...but to get the gold today on Nurburgring was phenominal feeling and gave me a great sense of accomplishment.

Break it out, you'll have some fun.

Just wait until you see at higher speeds when turning you can be "completely off throttle" and it will apply throttle. Very annoying, same with the FGT and Ferrari F1 cars. Toyota is taking over, Toyota is taking over.......

The Ferrari F1 cars don't apply thottle when you corner? Nor does the FGT or the X1 (or at least mine never have)

It's a game... get on the track, Top Gear track is quite wide, full throttle and off you go, you'll work your speed up eventually, X2010 is quite easy to drive...

It will be easy enough when you get used to it, I had no problem driving it around the Top Gear track and beating others around who where in X1's also.

My biggest problem with the X1 is the braking I can never get my braking points right!

The X1 was pretty tough to drive at the beginning of the Indy 500 with the DFGT, but after a while I found that spot where the wheel doesn't vibrate at all.

My G25 shakes so much when using the X1 on any track with a straight. Not sure if it has something to do with FFB settings though.
