yep here to specially in corners. if i lose is it becaus i try things out or looking how the track is made.

I was gonna ask this question. Im far from the best player in the world but im hammering 200bhp AI with a standard MX5. My AI seems to brake for the corners then brake again half way around for no apparent reason???? I frequently spin off on some of the New tracks when I forget where I am and still win races with the vastly underpowered MX5. Who's lap times did they base the AI on? Is everyone at PD 108 years old

I have no idea what's wrong with the A-Spec AI but I don't mind its flaws.

I won the NR-A cup with a 1991 stock Eunos Roadster which is vastly underpowered.
I won the Ferrari-only race with the Italia and I was outdriving two Enzos in the process (although I did cut corners, mostly the 2nd and 3rd chicanes).

The AI is strange. I've noticed that once they get ahead of you, either pass you or just stay ahead after the first corner, it's difficult to reel them in unless you have a large HP advantage.
In clear air the AI can be really fast. If they're behind you they're a lot more cautious until straights. At which point, you can just block 'till the next corner.

In the lvl15 tuned event (in Pro series I think) I'm having a lot of difficulty winning with the 458. I get passed in the straights. But I'm able to catch up in some corners.

Are you guys tuning the cars? or leaving them stock?

I wish qualy was back so I don't always have to work my way out of mid-field
