Why? Because a clean race is more fun and realistic. Do you ever see F1 Drivers ramming each other off the track and into a barrier? Or go the wrong way??

I believe its offline fun with the ai well when I do it I only use the ai as guinee pigs.

Well, not F1, but there have been some from the V8 Supercars that have been know to deliberately cause nuisance on the track.
