PS4 announcement expected this month. I guess GT6 really will be launched on the PS4. I was wrong, thinking it would be released on the PS3. Oh well, GT5 may be my last GT game.

The R8 LMS' in Grand Am right now is a GT3 spec race car homologated to the Grand Am GT Specs, (Less Power, no abs, no traction control, smaller wing)

The real GT3 R8 LMS that runs the Blancpain Eundurance Series participating in the Nurburgring 24h

And! Audi also Build the R8 to run in the FIA GT1 Championship.

Also an R8 has nothing for those vettes. It would take the Germans years .

So what your saying is - If Audi took their R8 LMS (R16) The car they build for GT3, Endurance Racing, Slow a** Grand Am GT, and the the insanely quick GT1 and they put it right in the middle with GT2 / GTE. The Germans would be unable to compete with the Corvettes.

Envy and myself have invested in a PC. Although i spend less time in GT5 now, I have no plans of leaving the group here. I'll continue racing weekly as long as my schedule permits.

With that said. I have no plans of purchasing a new console for the next Gran Turismo edition. I was hoping for a PS3 release with GT6. But those odds seem very unlikely now.
