I sometimes feel like no one tends to drive this car lol, but I bought one recently, handles quite well! Especially when it is lightened

Anyone have any opinions on the car?

It drifts quite well too. I have two 8Cs, one is standard one is lightly modified for drifting. I only done LSD, suspension, racing air filter and something else.. pretty decent.

I think a lot of people had a bad taste put in their mouth from that challenge because of the tires it is equipped with. Just like the a lot of people wrote off the Elise after driving it on the Top Gear challenge; it just got a bad rep. Personally I like the car because it is so challenging to drive. Great for spec racing online.

I don't feel Alfa Romeo is realistic in GT5 !

I bought an Alfa 156 from UCD ragged it around nurburgring for 20 laps and it never broke down once !

That's never a good excuse though, although he might have a point on this car since he wasn't the only car journo to critizise its handling.
But it offers nice 'basic material' for a truly great car when tuned and properly set up, only the glorious sound it produces is enough to drive it frequently.

Honestly, I loved the elise in the top gear challenge. So easy to drive, so fun! I won that event easily. Eiger, well, not quite as nice. The 8C is not easy to drive on that track, as it has a bit of understeer and the rear comes round too easily. Overall, though, it is a great car. Remember super license 8? It was pretty good there (shouldn't have been yellow, though).
