All cars unlocked OR 100% Save file for Japanese GT4??

Anyone have a 100% complete or all cars/tracks unlocked in arcade for the Japanese version of GT4??
Im just starting to play the game again after finally getting the Driving Force Pro wheel but cant be bothered having to play the game from scratch all over again.

As far as I know converting formats for save files wont work. Believe me I have tried.

Just noticed now on RogsR34UK website has the 100% save file for PAL version. Give that a try.
