All Forza games stuck on "Loading... Please Wait" (PC)

Recently, Forza Horizon 4 started having this problem where after I press enter, it gets stuck on the "Loading... Please Wait" screen. And now even Horizon 3 and Motorsport 7 are doing the same. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Horizon 4 but it didn't work. Anyone know what's the problem?

It could be that you need to update Windows or the Xbox app.

It could also be the Xbox Game Bar, I disabled/uninstalled it and my games loaded fine after that.

Updating seems to have fixed it (Horizon 3 at least)

I want to know though why I need an update for a discotinued game that doesn't update anymore to run.

I guess it’s because something broke in the Xbox app.
