All gold licence to finish GT3 and reach 100%???

As the title suggest, do you need to get all gold on all licences to finish the game and reach 100%???

What about finishing all the races in a series? Say, if you quit out the last race or so to get the car you want and still win the series. Do you have to go back and win that individual race to get to 100%?

I dunno, but that gives a great reason for replay dosen't it I have a race here and there that ended up like that and now, I'm having fun going back and going for the gold.

You don't need 48 golds to 100% the game , but you do need to finish every single race and get some sort of cup for it ( i think)
Time Trials , you need 1st on all of them
