All my cars have disappeared

Hi. 2 days ago I had maybe 100+ cars in my garage. Now all i have is the delux dlc cars. All my progress and money is still there but all my hard earned cars have disappeared in to cyber space. I called playstation support and we have tried numerous things to resolve the issue. Nothing worked. They now say there's nothing they can do about it. Is there anybody else who's had this issue and what's stopping it from happening again? I'e been grand theft auto'd. Any advice would be great . Thanks

That sucks bad 👎 If only they had the gift car option like GT5.. members here could gift all their dupes to you and you'd be fully loaded again within a day.. ah well hopefully it doesn't put you off the game! what a right kick in the nuts you got there pffft :(

Yeah i remember gt5 gift cars.That would be a good idea. I wouldn't have minded if they had taken my dupes. In fact i would have celebrated. But no they had to take my beloved jag. Big mistake lol.
 
Always handy to upload your GT SPORT save files to the cloud instead of a click on save ingame. Then you have 2 back ups incase 1 back up didnt worked

I didn't realise you could. I used to just save it and thought it did this automatically. You live and learn

I had a simular problem like you but less wors. All of my setups were gone for some reason. From that point i decided to dubble back up.

Incase you wondering were to find your cloud

Go to ps4 main menu>select GT sport but dont start the game>press te Options button> menu will pop up, then select "Upload/Download Saved Data"

Thanks for the advice .you're a gentleman. I'm interested in what ps technical will do. I sent pictures of my issue so they can see my cars are missing and with my 135 hrs playtime and 52 logins they know I should have a garage full of cars that cannot even be sold. Hoping to hear from them soon. Their soon isnt quick enough for me though
 
I have a similar situation. Although it seems my cars are still there i cannot access some liveries and newer decals do not load. I also get corrupt file prompt upon every start up now.

That sounds even worse than my issue. Have you restored your licences ?
