All tracks available in reverse

As inspired by this thread: I think it would be a great and easy addition to the game if all tracks, not just the original ones, would be available to be driven in reverse.
It would create a lot of extra drivable track configurations with barely any effort required!

Yes, I am aware that not all real life tracks are used in both directions, that some of them are officially not suited for it. But nobody cares about any of those safety precautions that are the supposed reason for that with street tracks, and everyone loves them!
