Hmm, what is the historic rally car ticket called in your region? I have a pending deal for Rally Base Car already. So they are the SAME ticket?
 
There are 3 total. Rally Base car gives you a car that can be made into a basic rally car, Rally car gives you a normal rally car and Historic which gives you one of the old rally cars.

As far as I know these are the only ones.

i believe they are the same, it's the prize from GT5 rally challenge beginner all gold. from the ticket you'll get mostly stock 4WD cars. that can equip dirt and snow tires :)

there are only three random rally car tickets
it's prize from getting all gold in Gran Turismo Rally Event
Easy Level you get Random rally Base Car / road going rally ticket (they're the same)
Intermediate Level you get Random WRC Car / rally car ticket (they're the same)
Advanced Level you get Random Historic Rally car ticket

and please someone correct me if i'm wrong :)
