Looking for people to form an all-Fairlady Z drift team. Anyone can join - at this time I don't want to put a stipulation on the skill level of those that want to come aboard. Practice and tuning can improve skill. I'm no pro but I consider myself decent.

I would also like to be able to arrange group photoshoots with many of the Z's (knowing that not everyone will be able to get together at the same time). If you are interested in joining, please post here.

Some good information to share would be:
Make/Model
Power
Time Zone
Mic/Headset
Preferred Course(s)

I'll start off with my own information:
Make/Model: Nissan Fairlady Z 300ZX TwinTurbo 2seater (Z32) ‘89
Power: 669hp @ 7900RPM, 512ft-lb @ 6100RPM
Time Zone: Central (CST - Midwest)
Mic: Yes
Preferred Courses: Tsukuba, Special Stage Route 5

Good drifting with ya earlier this morning Spider on Tsukuba... Sux we couldn't get any tandems in with you and my other teammates in the room...

I will be adding another section to the Nu-New thread just for these clubs.

Make/Model: Nissan Fairly Z 300ZX TT 2Seater (Z32) '89
Power: 620hp@7700RPM 63KGFM@6100RPM
Time Zone: GMT (UK)
Mic/Headset: Yes
Preferred Course: Trial mountain

I have not done much difter, but was just getting the hang of it tonight. I found out that if I take the power cable out of the driving force GT then its much easier!

Cheers,
Jamie.

Glad to join. Huge Fairlady fan. Have to start up my game to get my specs. But I have an '08 Z33 and an '03 Z33 that are both 460+HP. I'm a driftnub but I don't do too bad for being a beginner.

I'm going online soon - I'll have a room on Tsukuba if anyone wants to join. Feel free to add me on PSN just in case I'm not online right away.

We've got a nice membership right now, maybe we can create an 'official' team thread in the future once we get some track time together. :)

I'll try and find your drift room if its still going.

I'd be able to share some pointers/advice if you need it, BUT honestly the Z32 fairlady is a little difficult to tune if you don't know or have a basic understanding of tuning/setups

I would suggest drifting a Z32 in stock form before trying to tune it but if you want to try out my setup it's not overpowered but drifts like a dream and doesn't cost much to set up. follow this link https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=135527&page=18#post4627535
