Alloy wheels - 2D or 3D?

Hi All
Does anybody have a heads up on on wether the Alloys in GT4 will be 2d or rendered 3d objects,
i would like fully 3d objects as these would look great on all new car models??

i have not seen anyingame shots with 3d wheels so i reckon they are gonna be the same as in GT3, 3d in the garage but 2d in races.
